Featuring updated statistics, rosters, and player ratings for the 1999-2000 season, NBA Basketball 2000 includes every player from all 29 NBA teams, along with two All-Star and Rookie squads. You can play through an entire NBA season or jump straight into the playoffs. If team play isn't your thing, take on your favorite pros in one-on-one action on an outdoor court. Real Fox Sports commentators, including former Atlanta Hawks point guard Doc Rivers, provide the play-by-play. With one or two Multi Tap adapters, up to eight players can join a single game of NBA Basketball 2000. In addition to the traditional head-to-head mode, you can team up with up to five players on the same side against the computer, each controlling a different player. Or, face off on opposing teams, with each player taking control of a different basketball star.
