Traversing one of several eerie maps, players race against the clock to gather as many wandering spirit flames as possible within two minutes and return them to their homebase. When time runs out, the team with the highest number of spirit flames collected claims victory. But be careful—opponents can steal spirits from each other as they make their way back to base. Players have the option to host a private game with up to seven friends and family using a custom invitation link, or they can team up with random players from around the world. To support this multiplayer experience, the team developed several systems powered by the Google Cloud Platform, including the integration of Open Match, a highly scalable open-source matchmaking framework co-founded by Google Cloud and Unity. It looks like the ghost is clear—Let's Ghoul!
